Born from an idea of Dr. Sartorato and Safe&Simple team, Flyone is a simplified technique which utilizes a laser-sintered model mounted on the articulator for the fabrication of the surgical template.

 

Flyone was born with one purpose only: making possible a total both clinical and prosthetic planning.

 

Flyone allows guided surgery to be very precise and at the same time less expensive, simple and quick. Using a laser sintered replica, Flyone technique makes professionals able to define “a priori” the best implant placement, length and diameter: in this way any surgical treatment becomes totally predictable, minimizing the chance of mistakes. All components get place on the replica as they were in the mouth.

 

Flyone replica enables professionals to plan their surgery through a real and solid model instead of a virtual 3D simulation. The replica accurately reproduces:

• Maxillary bone and paranasal sinuses

• Mandible (nerve included)

• Gingiva (which is removable)

• Teeth and possible avulsions
